About Us
Our ALD roots go back over thirty years to 1992, the early days of the very first commercial application of ALD. Founding members of our team first learned from and worked with our colleagues in Finland to coax their ALD electroluminescent display technology to profitability. We then turned to deploying ALD in new elements of displays, including barriers, improved dielectrics, and new thin film phosphors. In 2004 we launched our efforts in Spatial ALD to bring its capabilities to a wide variety of new industrial and electronic applications.
